WI Supreme Court Election Coverage

Posted on Sunday, 10th April 2011 @ 07:50 AM by Text Size A | A | A

News coverage, supposedly by professional journalists, AND social net-workers, probably not professional journalists, miss the KEY question about Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus’ “muddled” discovery of 14,315 Brookfield votes days after the election.

Voters used ballots or voting machines. Where are these actual voter records? Under whose custody and security?

Chatty Kathy and her “personal” laptop are secondary evidence. (Personal notes. Summations. Additional evidence of deception, manipulation, fraud, etc. Additional charges.)

Chatty Kathy, past MULTIPLE accused felon and immunized state’s witness in 1998-2002 political campaign prosecutions, faces “Martha Stewart” charge, lying to a federal agent, 18 USC Section 1001. (Move your lips, you lie. Another story another day.)

Her laptop contains 14,315 charges, the  “discovered”  Brookfield votes, unless the ballots and voting machines back up her “personal” notes and summations.

FBI Chicago Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory are experts and will uncover EVERYTHING. NOTHING can be permanently deleted, demagnetized, time-date altered….

Or covered up! Cyber-crime on one’s hard-drive is permanent. Attempts to cover up are permanent. BOTH are separate charges.

Then, what happened to the ballots or machines? Destruction of evidence….

Did she have helpers destroying ballots or tampering with voting machines? More defendants, many more charges. Simple fraud becomes complex and nasty.

ADD conspiracy, RICO, Reconstruction-KKK 14th Amendment , etc., many more charges.

Co-conspirators face prosecutions. Prosser? His staff? Prosser Funders? Governor Walker, Senator Scott Fitzgerald, his father, State Patrol Superintendent Stephen Fitzgerald? Republican funders and political fronts? Many more defendants, many many more charges. Lives, careers, families, fortunes ruined.

Because the State Patrol is family connected to the main actors of the initiating controversy creates conflict of interest, any investigation must be federal.

ALL face “Martha Stewart” charge, a stand alone prosecution without any underlying criminal charge. Even Governor Walker, Senator Fitzgerald and Superintendent Stephen Fitzgerald. A simple “no”, nod or silence can be a felony.

So many defendants, so many charges. What started as simple vote fraud has backfired into a nationwide prosecution of many who thought they were too clever, too powerful, too big to be caught. Buying elections can be very costly.

An ambitious prosecutor will be on the express train to high political office of his choosing.

The KEY question remains unanswered–journalists failed to investigate the existence and location of the ballots or voting machines?

Put YOUR boots on the ground-walk, poke, investigate. Find the ballots and voting machines.

I’m not understanding how the vote count could have been manipulated by Kathy N.
The vote totals for Brookfield came from the Brookfield city clerk on election night. Let me repeat that. The vote totals of 14,000+ votes for the Wisconsin Supreme Ct. race that Kathy N. is now reporting originated from the city of Brookfield, reported at 10:07 pm on election night. check out the city’s website, do a search for election results and you will find the results there, in pdf format, reported at 10:07 pm April 5th. another pdf formatted letter that is an update, merely states that the votes were counted and reported to the county, to Journal Sentinel, and the Brookfield Patch, whatever that is. I could not find any election results on Journal Sentinel website for the city of Brookfield. That is curious. But I get back to the original point – the totals reported by the city of Brookfield clerk are the same as what Kathy N. is now reporting. there is no discrepancy in the vote totals. this fact is being overlooked. if the vote totals were manipulated, someone please tell me how Kathy N. or ANYONE would be able to do that from their personal computer. were the vote scanning machines in Brookfield precincts hooked up to Kathy N.’s computer and those vote totals then manipulated somehow, throughout the day, to add up to 14,000+ votes for Prosser? Remember, each vote scanning machine has a back-up tape which records every ballot scanned. Every ballot scanned is put into a plastic bag, the bag then sealed with a lock/seal, and signed by each poll worker. the ballots must reflect the same vote totals as the scanning machines, and vice versa. Now I’m open to the possibility that someone somehow manipulated the machine totals, but I’m simply not understanding how it could have been done. There are pollworkers watching those scanners throughout the day. Someone cannot simply walk up to them and start manipulating the totals. It would show up on the back-up tapes. If there were no back-up tapes I would say yeah, the vote totals were manipulated but up to this point, the tapes have not been reported as missing. They hold the key to all of this. And the sealed bags of ballots. No matter whose possession those ballots are now in, whether it’s Kathy N. or anyone, how is it that someone could come up with 14,000 additional ballots to match the (supposedly manipulated) totals printed out on the Brookfield vote scanning machines that are not removed until after the polls close?
Let’s refrain from makin inflammatory statements that merely back up our personal agendas. that does no one any good. let’s get to the bottom of this election fiasco, but do it with facts and not suspicions or conspiracy theories. look at the facts.

Edith: I applaud your well written comment, especially your report of the voting process, and will incorporate it into my new postings. And I agree with your conclusion, “Let’s got to the bottom of this election fiasco.” And I agree with your admonition about political agendas and baseless inflammatory statements.
My commentary was a view of the spiral of criminal prosecution POSSIBLE if there was election fraud, and a prediction of the unintended dire consequences for any who conspired in perpetrating election fraud. My commentary is about criminal justice process.
Due Process, a fundamental principle of our Nation, mandates an honest investigation. First, other than you, Edith, no one has performed the basic investigative journalist duty-what are the facts, not some misplaced focus on Nickolaus’ laptop. So my commentary was a critique of new media, AND social net-posters in WI who should have a grasp of the objective facts in their backyard.
Secondly, federal government has a duty to protect the rights of Wisconsin voters.
Lastly, no matter how the facts end up, no fraud or massive fraud, Nickolaus made WI and Waukesha a laughing stock of the Nation and the world. Her autocratic stubbornness and incompetence is what Americans are tired of tolerating, and want changed!

As far as I can tell the best possible way for Nickolaus to trick the system would be to take the Brookfield totals she got at 10:08 or whatever and spread them out amongst the totals for the rest of the precincts in Waukesha (Something like 78 votes per precinct). Then the last precinct would report as 0 while all the votes had been counted. Then all she has to do is ‘find’ the 14,000 votes and put them back into the system (so the votes have been counted twice). Personally I think it was just a showing of incompetence, and not necessarily fraud, but there are a lot of coincidences, so I think there should be a full fledged investigation.

Governor Walker has accused Labor Unions of a plot to steal Prosser’s re-election during recount (
Walker thus supports the Democrats’ and my call for federal investigation of the election, including Waukesha County Clerk Nickolaus’ misplacing 14,315 Brookfield votes for 2 days.
For fair, free and honest elections both Democrats, Governor Walker and I are in agreement, the federal government must investigate.
Governor Walker and I agree that neither Wisconsin nor Waukesha authorities are capable or competent to guarantee fair, free and honest elections to voters, be they Republicans or Democrats.

I realize she has removed her computer from the network. Could she have inserted a “correction” card into the computer to do just what the above discussion suggested as possibility. Or, could she have preloaded numbers into the system in favor of Prosser. Could she have put old munbers from a backup into the machine and then added the Brookfield numbers. Somethings smells prossery here. We know the programs of the machines can be corrupted, but my bet is it happened right at her desk. The ability to extract and “correct” numbers is a simple thing for an IT person of her caliber. after watching HACKING DEMOCRACY and viewing the ungoing lawyering up of the Walker campaign and Supreme Court race in Wisconsin I can only urge a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION. Sorry Wisconsin, I think you have been koched. Keep talking, the answer will come. We know they have been working the numbers for years, so this is not an easy fix.

There is now evidence that Waukesha has had unusual voter turnouts and more votes than physical ballots. Liars figure, figures lie. Hard to mess up voting statistics unless your a dictator winning 100% decade after decade.

Facebook disabled my site because of a photo from Hitler extermnination-euthanasia that was to me symbolic of Tea-Republican Party cuts of “entitlements” social security (to which I have paid FICA since 1965), medicare and medicaid.
Facebook gave no prior notice or opportunity to comply with their vague rules before disabling my account.
Facebook gave no due process to appeal the disabling.
To me Facebook is no different than Gadafi’s interruption of cell phone serived to suppress the Libyan Revolt.
To me a corporation must respect and facilitate 1st Amendment rights just as government must.

Several weeks ago Twitter disabled my account.
There was no notice or opportunity to comply with vague rules.
Appeal was summarily dismissed, also without notice or due process.
To me Twitter has acted like Dictator Gadafi, who I was criticizing in my tweets.

Prosser supported by $1 million in campaign funding already earned his keep with Koch Industries voting against DNR procedures that would have forced Georgia Pacific, a Koch company, to reduce phosphorus pollution of the upper Fox River.
